PTAR Puncak Perdana Library was established in 1st July 2004 and has a total collection of more than 33,730 up to date. The collection comprises of books, journals, conference proceedings, audio video, theses and dissertations. It is located at  No. 1,  Jalan Pulau Angsa, Section U10, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The 1523.50 sq meter building has a seating capacity of up to 329 persons including study carrel .

PTAR Puncak Perdana also offers access to electronic resources such as e-journals, databases, citation indexes, and bibliographic management software. The core business of PTAR Puncak Perdana is to support teaching, learning and research needs of the University specially for two major faculties (Faculty Information Management and Faculty Technology Creative and Artistic)
